Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This page explains how HomemadeRecipe.net makes money, and what that does and does not affect.

Current status

  • Advertising: the site does not currently show ads.
  • Affiliate links: none. We do not earn a commission from any link on the site.
  • Sponsored content: none. No brand has paid for, reviewed, or approved any recipe or article.
  • Free samples or products: none received.

If this changes

We intend to support the site with display advertising, for example through Google AdSense. If we do:

  • Ads will be labelled “Advertisement” and kept visually separate from recipes, tools, and navigation.
  • Ads will not be required to use any recipe or tool, and we will not ask readers to click them.
  • Advertisers will have no say over which recipes we publish or what we write about them.
  • We will update our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before any advertising code is added.

If we ever add affiliate links or sponsored content, every page containing them will say so clearly before the first such link, and this page will be updated.
