1. What the site provides

The site publishes home-cooking recipes, ingredient guides, and cooking articles, and offers a free AI recipe generator that suggests recipes from ingredients you list. Everything is provided for general information. It is not professional nutritional, medical, or food-safety advice.

2. Cooking safely is your responsibility

Recipes, timings, temperatures, and substitutions are guidance. Stoves, ovens, ingredients, and cookware vary, so use your own judgment, check food with a thermometer where safety matters, and read ingredient labels for allergens. Our Food Safety & Health Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

3. AI-generated suggestions

Results from the AI recipe generator are produced automatically by a third-party AI model from the text you enter. They are not written, tested, or reviewed by our editors before you see them and may contain mistakes, including unrealistic quantities or times, missing steps, or ingredients that conflict with a diet you selected. Check every suggestion before cooking.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• try to get around the generator's daily limit of 3 searches, or send automated requests to it;
• submit content intended to manipulate the AI system, harm others, or extract information other than recipes;
• interfere with the site's security or operation, or scrape it at a rate that degrades service;
• use the site in a way that breaks applicable law.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

5. Content and copyright

The text of our recipes, guides, and articles, and the site design, are protected by copyright. You may print or save recipes for your own non-commercial cooking and share links to any page. Please do not republish our text in full elsewhere without permission. Photos are used under the Unsplash License and remain the work of their photographers. 6. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as government food-safety resources, for further reading. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of information on the site, including illness, injury, allergic reactions, or damage to property. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
