- [ ]3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- [ ]1 tbsp Olive oil
- [ ]5 cloves, minced Garlic cloves
- [ ]1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
- [ ]1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)

Substitutions:

- • Butter → Ghee or olive oil for dairy-free
Instructions

Pat chicken pieces dry thoroughly with paper towels. Toss with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add chicken bites in a single uncrowded layer (cook in two batches if necessary). Sear undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until a golden crust forms, then flip and cook another 3 minutes until cooked through to 165°F.

Turn heat down to low. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic directly into the pan.

Stir constantly for 1 minute as the butter foams and garlic turns fragrant and sweet. Squeeze lemon juice over the top.

Toss chicken thoroughly in the pan sauce and serve over rice, pasta, or alongside roasted vegetables.
